摘 要:实验准备是实验中的重要环节,是研究生培养过程中的基础环节,是研究生科研课题顺利开展的保障。然而传统本科和研究生实验教学中的实验准备却是缺失的一环。基于以上问题,文章探讨了始于实验准备的全流程翻转式研究生专业课实验教学探索。结果显示,研究生的知识储备和毕业课题的研究需求为该教学改革提供了可能性和必要性。教师在指导研究生真正掌握学科内关键实验技术的同时,重点培养研究生文献资料、实验方案、计划安排、试剂准备、预实验等实验准备能力,提升研究生主动性、团队协作和统筹协调等的综合素质,以满足研究生能力培养的要求。Experimental preparation,a basic step of experiment procedure,is the guarantee for smooth operation of postgraduate pro-jects.Although experimental teaching is the foundation of medical talents cultivation,experimental preparation tends to be neglected in the traditional teaching of experimental courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students.In view of the above-mentioned problem,the authors explored the experimental preparation in the flipped experimental teaching of postgraduate professional courses.The post-graduates’knowledge reserve and their research need for research projects make the teaching reform feasible and necessary.With the new teaching mode,the postgraduates can not only master key experimental techniques,but also develop experimental preparation abil-ities in the aspects of literature retrieval,experimental protocols,reagent preparation,and pilot study.The teaching reform helps to im-prove the comprehensive abilities of initiative,teamwork,and coordination in the postgraduates,and the requirements for postgraduate cultivation can also be satisfied.
