摘　　要：构建以岗位胜任力为导向的教学模式,已成为我国各高校提高人才培养质量的主要举措。本文针对药用植物学与生药学的教学现状,汲取案例教学法及线上课程的优势,探索建立以知识模块为基础的典型案例库、以专业导向为基础的实例案例库,同时结合专业建立前沿进展案例库,多元化开展案例库建设并应用到实际教学中,以培养具有岗位胜任力的高素质人才。Constructing a teaching model oriented by job competency has become a major measure for colleges and universities in our country to improve the quality of talent training.In view of the current teaching status of Medicinal Botany and Pharmacognosy,this paper draws on the advantages of case teaching and online courses to explore the establishment of a typical case database based on knowledge modules and a practical case database based on professional orientation,and at the same time,combine the major to establish a case database of cutting�edge development,in order to diversify the construction of case databases,and apply them to actual teaching to cultivate high-quality talents with job competency.
