摘 要:高技术企业在推动经济结构优化、解决中国科技“卡脖子难题”上起到了中流砥柱的作用。在数字经济背景下,本文基于资源保存理论和TOE框架,以中国31个省(区、市)为研究对象,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法探索技术、组织和环境对高技术企业协同创新的多重联动影响。研究发现:企业协同创新是多种要素共同作用的结果,导致高企业协同创新的组态包括“要素聚合型”、“自我发展型”和“内外协同型”3条;同时目前中国高技术企业协同创新在东部和中部地区发展较为均衡,而在西部地区存在一定的失调。因此,本文根据研究结果提出差异化的发展策略:强化要素协同,推进高技术企业协同创新要素互动与流通;创新技术平台,赋能低协同创新企业共享资源和技术成果;利用区位优势,助推企业协同创新和区域合作互促互进。High-tech enterprises play a pivotal role in promoting the optimization of economic structure and solving the“neck problem”of Chinese science and technology.In the context of digital economy,based on resource conservation theory and TOE framework,fsQCA is applied to explore the multi-linkage effects of technology,organization and environment on collaborative innovation of high-tech enterprises in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)of China.The results show that:col⁃laborative innovation in enterprises is the result of multiple factors working together,and there are three configurations that lead to high collaborative innovation in enterprises:“factor aggregation type”,“self-development type”,and“internal and external dri⁃ving type”.At present,the development of collaborative innovation among Chinese high-tech enterprises is relatively balanced in the eastern and central regions,while there is a certain imbalance in the western regions.Therefore,based on the research results,differentiated development strategies are proposed:strengthening element collaboration,promoting the interaction and circulation of collaborative innovation elements in high-tech enterprises.Innovation technology platform empowers low collaborative innovation en⁃terprises to share resources and technological achievements.Utilize geographical advantages to promote collaborative innovation a⁃mong enterprises and mutual promotion of regional cooperation.
