摘 要:目的分析在西药临床药师培训带教中应用基于问题学习法(Problem-based Learning,PBL)、基于案例教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)教学的临床效果。方法本研究选取2021年12月—2023年9月临沂东山医院18名西药房药师为研究对象,运用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组进行带教研究,各9名。对照组药师培训期间接受常规带教管理,观察组药师则给予PBL联合CBL教学,将两种带教模式取得的效果进行对比。结果两组最终培训带教后结果对比显示,观察组培训学习兴趣与对照组相比明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对西药理论知识掌握度和临床实践技能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组教学满意度虽高于对照组,但两组最终结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将PBL、CBL教学应用于西药临床药师培训带教中,可使培训带教质量得到进一步提升,增强药师的学习兴趣,提高药师的临床综合能力。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in the training and teaching of western medicine clinical pharmacists.Methods In this study,18 pharmacists of Western pharmacy in Dongshan Hospital of Linyi from December 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method for teaching research,with 9 in each group.During the training period,pharmacists in the control group received routine teaching management,while pharmacists in the observation group were given PBL combined with CBL teaching.The effects of the two teaching modes were compared.Results The comparison of the results of the two groups after the final training showed that the learning interest of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge of western medicine and clinical practice skills in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Although the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the final results between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL and CBL teaching in the training and teaching of western medicine clinical pharmacists can further improve the quality of training and teaching,enhance the pharmacists'interest in learning,and improve the pharmacists'comprehensive clinical ability.
