摘  要:目的:探讨专业承诺在高职师范生职业价值观与就业力间的中介效应。方法:采用方便抽样法,于2024年1月9日至21日利用职业价值观量表、专业承诺量表、就业力量表对547名学前教育专业和早期教育专业学生进行调查。结果:高职师范生职业价值观、专业承诺、就业力三个量表的总均分依次为5.40±0.60、3.62±0.48、5.24±0.76,均处于中等偏上水平。职业价值观能显著正向预测就业力,而专业承诺在其中起部分中介作用。结论:高职院校要通过课程、活动和实践提升学生的职业价值观,包括适应教育环境、追求成就与创新、参与志愿服务以及培养独立性和团队精神;要通过行业经验分享、开展专业实践以及职业道德教育,激发学生对教育事业的热情并遵守专业规范;要通过模拟面试、理实结合、师德教育和领导力培训,全面提升学生的沟通能力、教学技能、责任感和同理心。Objective:To explore the mediating effect of professional commitment between vocational values and employability among vocational college students majoring in teaching.Methods:A convenience sampling method was employed to survey 547 students from preschool education and early childhood education majors using vocational values scale,professional commitment scale,and employability scale from January 9th to 21st,2024.Results:The total mean scores for vocational values,professional commitment,and employability scales among vocational college students majoring inteaching were 5.40+0.60,3.62±0.48,and 5.24±0.76,respectively,indicating a moderate to high level.Vocational values significantly positively predicted employability,with professional commitment playing a partial mediating role.Conclusion:Vocational colleges should enhance students'vocational values through courses,activities,and practice,including adapting to the educational environment,pursuing achievements and innovation,participating in volunteer services,and fostering independence and teamwork;stimulate students'passion for the teaching profession and adherence to professional norms through industry experience sharing,professional practice,and professional ethics education;and comprehensively improve students communication skills,teaching skills,sense of responsibility,and empathy through mock interviews,integration of theory and practice,professional ethics education,and leadership training.
