摘 要:目的:探讨PBL教学模式在大学体育与健康课程中的应用效果。通过文献资料、教学实验等研究方法,对实验组和对照组的数据进行对比,发现PBL教学模式能够提高大学生的学习动机和综合能力,调动学习兴趣和热情,提高学习满意度,增强教学效率和质量,推动体育教学的发展。因此,在大学体育与健康课程中应用PBL教学模式,创新了体育教学方法,有助于培养大学生的创新能力和解决问题的能力,促进大学体育教学改革的深入。The purpose of this paper is to explore the application effect of PBL teaching model in college physical education and health curriculum.By comparing the data of the experimental group and the control group,it is found that PBL teaching mode can improve college students'learning motivation and comprehensive ability,mobilize their learning interest and enthusiasm,improve their learning satisfaction,enhance teaching efficiency and quality,and promote the development of physical education teaching.Therefore,the application of PBL teaching mode in college physical education and health curriculum and the innovation of physical education teaching methods can help cultivate college students'innovative ability and problem-solving ability,and promote the deepening of college physical education reform.
