分阶段目标教学法联合双向评价反馈机制在产房助产实习带教中应用的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨将分阶段目标教学法联合双向评价反馈机制在产房实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取本院产房实习的16名助产实习生和8名带教老师为研究对象,实习期间采用分阶段目标教学法联合双向评价反馈法,并进行分析。结果助产实习生普遍认为产房实习任务重,接生实操机会少,但是在实践过程中还是能收获成就感。带教老师认为目前实习生的自我意识强,个性差异大,需要因材施教,加强沟通和心理教育。结论分阶段目标教学法联合双向评价反馈机制在产房助产实习带教中应用是较为可行的,阶段性评估能在教与学之间建立互动关系,使带教老师及时掌握实习生的真实情况,进而调整教学计划,提高带教质量,是一种良好的临床教学管理模式。Objective To explore the application effect of the phased goal teaching method combined with a two-way evaluation feedback mechanism in delivery room internship teaching.Method 16 midwifery interns and 8 teaching instructors who interned in the delivery room of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.During the internship,a phased target teaching method combined with a two-way evaluation feedback method was used for analysis.Result Midwifery interns generally believe that delivery room internships have heavy tasks and fewer opportunities for practical delivery,but they can still gain a sense of achievement in the practical process.And the teaching teacher believes that currently students have strong self-awareness and significant personality differences,and they need to be taught according to their aptitude,strengthen communication and psychological education.Conclusion The application of phased target teaching method combined with bidirectional evaluation feedback mechanism in midwifery internship teaching is relatively feasible.Periodic evaluation can establish an interactive relationship between teaching and learning,enabling the teaching teacher to timely grasp the real situation of interns,adjust teaching plans,and improve teaching quality.It is a good clinical teaching management model.
