“健康中国”背景下高职体育舞蹈选项课教学方法探索

摘　　要：高职体育舞蹈选项课有助于提高学生的身体素养和审美水平,在“健康中国”背景下,越来越受到关注。当前高职体育舞蹈选项课教学面临着学生舞蹈基础较差、教学安排不合理、教学内容单一化等问题,降低了高职体育舞蹈选项课的教学质量。为此该文提出开设提升学生舞蹈基础的课程、优化体育舞蹈选项课体系、健全体育舞蹈选项课教学大纲等教学方法,希望可以为相关研究人员提供参考。Higher vocational physical education dance selective courses can help improve students'physical literacy and aesthetic level,which is getting more and more attention in the context of"Healthy China".At present,the teaching of physical education dance selective courses in higher vocational colleges is facing problems such as poor students'dance foundation,unreasonable teaching arrangements,and single teaching content,which have reduced the quality of physical education dance selective courses in higher vocational colleges.This paper proposes teaching methods such as offering courses to enhance students'dance foundation,optimizing the system of physical education dance selective courses,and improving the teaching syllabus of physical education d danceselective courses,hopingtoprovidereference for relatedresearchers.
