试论现代信息技术在职排球教学中的应用

摘　　要：随着现代社会的发展和科技的进步,体育教育逐渐成为教育体系中不可或缺的一环。体育教育在学生全面发展中起到积极的推动作用,尤其是在高职院校的体育教育中,排球作为一项具有丰富教学内涵的项目,受到越来越多的关注。传统教学方法主要依赖于教师的口头讲解和示范,学生在有限的时间内难以完全掌握技术要领。该文探究现代信息技术在高职排球教学中的应用优势与方式,以期在丰富排球教学方式基础上增强学生对排球运动的感悟。With the development of modern society and the progress of science and technology,physical education has gradually become an indispensable part of the education system.Physical education plays a positive role in promoting the comprehensive development of students,especially in the physical education of higher vocational colleges,volleyball,as an event with rich teaching connotations,has received more and more attention.Traditional teaching methods mainly rely on teachers'oral explanations and demonstrations,making it difficult for students to fully grasp the technical essentials within a limited time.This paper explores the application advantages and methods of modern information technology in volleyball teaching in higher vocational colleges,with the aim of enhancing students'perception of volleyball on the basis of enriching volleyball teaching methods.
