摘 要:提高手术操作能力是当前住院医师规范化培训进入质量内涵建设阶段的重要内容之一。指导医师手术教学能力是提升培训质量的重要保障措施。“扶放有度”是手术操作指导教学的理论基础,按住院医师能力可以采用示教模式、带教模式、协助模式和督导模式四种模式。可以采用一种模式为主体,多种模式联合应用,在手术的不同阶段灵活选择、随时切换。四种模式是分层递进的具体表现,符合学习一般规律,也是缩短学习曲线的有效方法。Improving surgical operation ability is one of the important contents of the standardized residency training in the stage of quality connotation construction.The ability of instructors to teach surgical skills is an important guarantee to improve the quality of training."Gradual release of responsibility"is the theoretical basis of surgical operation teaching.According to the resident's ability,the demonstration mode,teaching mode,assistance mode,and supervision mode can be used.One mode can be used as the main way to guide the teaching,and multiple modes can be combined to be flexibly selected and switched at different stages of surgery.The four modes are the concrete manifestation of hierarchical progress,in line with the general law of learning,and are also an effective way to shorten the learning curve.
