摘  要:入专业基地教育是住院医师进入专业基地培训的第一步,对提高住院医师规范化培训质量起着至关重要的作用。放射科专业基地住院医师培训涉及多设备及多系统内容,相较临床科室需要更加细化的教学和管理。该文系统介绍放射科入专业基地教育,设计体现专业特色的培训内容,采用专题讲座、观看视频、实践操作、参观等多种教学形式,通过座谈会、考核评估以及调查问卷等获得建议及反馈,提出模块化的放射科入专业基地教育流程及规范。Professional orientation is the first step for residents to enter the professional base and plays a critical role in improving the quality of standardized residency training.The training of radiology residents involves multiple equipments and medical systems,and requires more detailed teaching and management than clinical departments.This article systematically introduces the professional orientation in the radiology department,designs the training content that reflects the characteristics of the specialty,adopts various teaching forms such as lectures,videos,hands-on practice,and visits,and obtains suggestions and feedback through symposia,evaluations,and questionnaires to propose a modularized educational process and norms for the professional orientation in the radiology department.
