摘　　要：感染性眼内炎是白内障术后的主要并发症之一。山羊葡萄球菌是一种少见的过氧化氢酶阳性和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,与人体全身性感染有关。该文介绍1例白内障术后山羊葡萄球菌性眼内炎患者的诊疗过程,分析其临床表现,探讨防治措施,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。Infectious endophthalmitis is one of the main complications after cataract surgery.Staphylococcus caprae is a rare catalase-positive and coagulase-negative staphylococcus,which is related to systemic infections of human body.This article introduces the diagnosis and treatment process of 1 case of Staphylococcus caprae endophthalmitis after cataract surgery,analyzes the clinical manifestations,explore the prevention and treatment measures,so as to provide the reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
