摘  要:预混压燃作为一种新型的燃烧方式,可以有效的降低内燃机的有害排放物。系统地介绍了喷油策略、废气再循环率和燃料特性这三个方面对预混压燃的影响。合理的控制喷油策略、优化其与燃烧室的匹配,是降低预混压燃排放物的关键,并且可以有效的提高预混压燃的负荷范围。在不同负荷下,优化废气再循环率,是降低氮氧化物与碳烟折中排放的关键。低馏出温度和低十六烷值的燃料更适合于预混压燃。采用新型燃料实现预混压燃将是以后研究的重点。As a new combustion mode,Premixed Charge Compression Ignition(PCCI) could effectively reduce the harmful emissions of internal combustion engines.The effects of the three aspects on the injection strategy,exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) rate and fuel characteristics were systematically introduced.Reasonably controlling fuel injection strategy,optimizing the matching of injection strategy and combustion chamber,were the keys to reduce the emissions of PCCI,also could effectively increase the load range of PCCI.For different loads,optimizing the EGR rate was the key to reducing the compromise emissions of Nox and PM.Low distillate temperature and low cetane number fuels were more suitable for the PCCI.The use of new fuel to achieve PCCI would be the focus of future research.
