摘 要:目的评估同伴互助学习(peer-assisted learning,PAL)策略对于内科住院医师的临床科研能力培养的作用与意义。方法以在风湿免疫科轮转的62名住院医师为研究对象,分为对照组(32人)与观察组(30人),两组住院医师分别接受传统授课模式和PAL策略的临床科研培训,比较培训前后总体认知情况、研究思维及统计分析方面的差异,统计不同组学员的合格率及学习满意度。结果两组住院医师培训前在总体认知、研究思维和统计分析方面差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。分别接受不同方法培训后,观察组住院医师在总体认知、研究思维与统计分析等评估中较对照组差异均有统计学意义,且评估合格人数较对照组亦显著增多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。而在学习满意度调查方面,观察组较对照组的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PAL策略对于内科住院医师的临床科研能力培养具有重要意义及显著有效性。Objective To assess the role and significance of peer-assisted learning(PAL)strategy in the development of clinical research skills of internal medicine residents under standardized training.Methods Sixtytwo residents learning in the Department of Rheumatology were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The two groups of residents received clinical research training using the conventional lecture mode and the PAL strategy respectively,and were compared before and after the training to assess the differences in overall cognitive status,cognitive status in terms of research thinking and statistical analysis,and to evaluate the passing rates and degree of satisfaction.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the pretraining status of the two groups of residents in terms of general cognitive situation,research thinking and statistical analysis(all P>0.05).After training with different methods,residents in the observation group who received training via the PAL strategy showed a significant advantage over the control group in the assessment of general cognition,research thinking and statistical analysis(all P<0.05).The number of residents who passed the assessment was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.022).As for the learning satisfaction survey,the observation group had higher degree of satisfaction than the control group.Conclusion The PAL strategy is efficient and valuable for the development of clinical research ability of internal medicine residents under standardized training.
