信息化时代下成人高职学校管理有效性的提升策略

摘　　要：从具体管理实践出发,分析了信息化时代下成人高职学校管理的特点,探讨了当前成人高职学校管理常见的问题。针对这些问题应该借助信息手段,搭建教育平台;结合学生学情,实施个性化教育;落实培养计划,提高教师能力。Starting from specific management practices,this study analyzes the characteristics of vocational school management in the information era,explores common problems in current adult higher vocational school management,in terms of which we propose to use information technology to build an education platform,imple-ment personalized education based on students’learning and carry out the training plan to improve teachers’abilities.
