摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是一项思想铸魂工程,对于地方民族院校而言是贯彻落实党和国家政策的实践之举,是促进民族地区和谐稳定与发展的长效之举,是助力学校高质量可持续发展的特色之举,更是培养新时代高素质教师队伍的有效之举。地方民族院校坚持教育性、浸润性和系统性原则,发挥师范类专业的引领示范和长效辐射作用,以专业认证为契机,深化专业综合改革,创新人才培养模式,基于内涵式发展,完善制度保障体系,立足专业成长,加强教师思想建设,根据时代需要,优化人才培养方案;结合区域实际,构建实践育人体系;依托课程建设,强化资源开发利用,并且围绕主线营造校园文化环境,立足人才培养的基层场域,构建全要素参与的培育体系,书写“怎样培养人”的民族院校篇章。Consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation is an ideological soul-building project.For local colleg-es and universities for nationalities,it is a practical move to implement the policies of the Party and the State,a long-term move to promote the harmony,stability and development of ethnic areas,a distinctive move to boost the high-quality and sustainable develop-ment of the schools,and an effective move to cultivate high-quality teachers in the new era.Local colleges and universities for na-tionalities adhere to the principles of education,immersion and systematization,give full play to the leading demonstration and long-lasting radiation of teacher training majors,take professional accreditation as an opportunity,deepen the comprehensive reform of ma-jors,innovate talent cultivation modes,strengthen the construction of institutional safeguards based on the connotative development,strengthen the construction of teachers’ideology based on the professional growth,optimize the talent cultivation program according to the needs of the times,build the practice and education system in conjunction with the regional actuality,relying on curriculum construction to strengthen the development and utilization of resources and creating a campus cultural environment around the main line.Based on the multidimensional and grass-roots field of talent cultivation,the author will build a cultivation system with the par-ticipation of all elements,writing the answer to the question"how to train people"in local colleges and universities for nationalities.
