摘 要:中小学美术教师存在社会主义核心价值观培育不足,沟通和团队协作能力缺乏,敬业精神和责任心不强等问题,对此应建立完善的美术教师道德素养培训体系,加强美术教师道德素养的评价机制建设,创新美术教师道德素养提升方式,加强美术教师道德素养的理论研究和实践探索,从而有效提高新时代中小学美术教师的综合素质和教育水平。Art teachers in primary and secondary schools face several challenges,such as insufficient cultivation of socialist core values,a deficit in communication and team collaboration abilities,and a lack of professionalism and responsibility.Therefore,a comprehensive moral literacy training system for art teachers should be established,and the evaluation mechanism for the moral literacy of art teachers should be strengthened.Innovative ways to enhance the moral literacy of art teachers should be innovated,and theoretical research and practical exploration of the moral literacy of art teachers should be strengthened.These measures are essential for significantly improving the overall quality and educational proficiency of art teachers in primary and secondary schools in the new era.
