摘  要:近年来,我国职业教育改革不断深化,强调职业教育要与产业对接、与就业对接,提高学生的就业能力和职业发展能力。工学结合教育模式是实现职业教育与产业对接的有效途径之一,能够让学生在实践中了解行业发展趋势和企业需求,提高就业竞争力。文章结合职业院校工学结合教育模式的现状,提出职业院校工学结合教育模式存在的问题,分析职业院校工学结合教育模式存在问题的原因,对职业院校工学结合教育模式的优化策略进行探讨,旨在提高职业教育质量,为社会经济发展培养更多高素质技术技能人才。In recent years,the reform of vocational education in China has been continuously deepening,emphasizing the integration of vocational education with industry and employment,and improving the employment and career development abilities of students.The combination of engineering and academia education model is one of the effective ways to achieve the integration of vocational education and industry,which can enable students to understand industry development trends and enterprise needs in practice,and improve their employment competitiveness.The article combines the current situation of the vocational college engineering combined education model,proposes the problems of the vocational college engineering combined education model,analyzes the reasons for the problems of the vocational college engineering combined education model,and explores the optimization strategies of the vocational college engineering combined education model,aiming to improve the quality of vocational education and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents for social and economic development.
