摘 要:学前教育专业“五大领域”课程是专业必修课程,是学前教育专业的核心课程,是幼儿教师职前培训的重要课程。其实施过程因受课程之间内容重复、平行课程教学与幼儿园“重融合”师资的需要相矛盾等多种因素的影响,实施效果有待提升。为提升“五大领域”课程的实施效果,满足幼儿教师岗位需要的“重融合”教学能力,本研究基于OBE教育理念,以培养幼儿园教师“重融合”的教学能力为产出导向,反向设计学前教育专业“五大领域”课程教学,并进行“五大领域”教学融合的行动研究。研究结果显示:“五大领域”教学融合的行动研究切实有效;学生领域间的整合能力显著提升;参与该项目的学生教学活动设计和实施能力有所提升,尤其是活动设计能力提升明显。The"five major fields"courses in early childhood education are compulsory courses for the profession,the core courses of early childhood education,and important courses for pre service training of preschool teachers.The implementation process needs to be improved due to various factors such as the repetition of content between courses,the contradiction between parallel course teaching and the need for teachers to"reintegrate"in kindergartens.In order to improve the implementation effect of the"five major fields"curriculum and meet the"reintegrate"teaching ability required by preschool teachers,this study is based on the OBE education concept,with the output orientation of cultivating the"reintegrate"teaching ability of kindergarten teachers.The reverse design of the"five major fields"curriculum teaching in preschool education is carried out,and action research on the integration of"five major fields"teaching is carried out.the research results show that action research on the integration of teaching in the"five major fields"is practical and effective;The integration ability between student fields has significantly improved;the students participating in this project have improved their ability to design and implement teaching activities,especially their ability to design activities has significantly improved.
