摘　　要：电力技能产教评生态链的核心是将教育、产业和评价三者紧密结合起来,使电力人才的培养更贴近实际需求、更具市场竞争力。文章分析电力技能产教评生态链的内涵,探讨电力技能产教评生态链的特点与模式,并通过实践案例来说明其应用,指出电力技能产教评生态链既能够提高电力行业的技能人才供给能力和质量,也能够推动电力行业与教育培训机构的深度合作,促进产学研用的良性循环。The core of the electric power skills industry education evaluation ecosystem is to closely integrate education,industry,and evaluation,making the cultivation of electric power talents closer to practical needs and more competitive in the market.The article analyzes the connotation of the electric power skills industry education evaluation ecosystem,explores the characteristics and models of the electric power skills industry education evaluation ecosystem,and explains its application through practical cases.It points out that the electric power skills industry education evaluation ecosystem can not only improve the supply capacity and quality of skilled talents in the electric power industry,but also promote deep cooperation between the electric power industry and education and training institutions,and promote a virtuous cycle of industry academia research and application.
