摘　　要：目的探索基于项目制的药学专业硕士特色培养模式,为教育部门提供借鉴参考。方法江苏省食品药品监督检验研究院与高校联合培养药学专业硕士多年实践的实证研究,健全培养制度,建立定期考评机制,以合作项目为载体,实行校内校外双导师“1+2”培养模式。结果在江苏食药检院特色培养模式下,研究生理论水平和专业实践能力增强,毕业后顺利衔接就业岗位。结论项目制联合培养模式契合培养高层次应用型药学人才的专硕培养目标。Objective To explore the project-based characteristic training mode for pharmaceutical master students,and provide reference for education sectors.Methods Through an empirical research on the years practice of co-cultivation of pharmaceutical master students between Jiangsu Institute for Food and Drug Control and universities,we improved the training system,established a regular supervision mechanism,and took cooperative projects as the carrier to implement the"1+2"training mode of dual tutors inside and outside the school.Results Under the cultivation mode for pharmaceutical master students in Jiangsu Institute for Food and Drug Control,the theoretical level and professional practice ability of graduates is enhanced,and they can be smoothly employed after graduation.Conclusion The project-based joint training is in line with the training goal of cultivating high-level applied pharmaceutical talents.
