摘　　要：人才振兴是乡村振兴的关键,而高校又是国家人才培养的主阵地,所以研究校企合作“双创”人才培养问题,是积极响应国家实施乡村振兴战略的重大需求。在国家“双创”政策的大力推动下,面向乡村,开展校企合作,进行创新创业教育改革,造就乡土“双创”人才,需要地方高校和企业协同进行。立足于乡村振兴背景,重点培养综合性农村电商“双创”人才,要充分发挥地方高校在推动国家双创人才培养体系建设中的优势。在国家振兴乡村政策实施扶持下,只有“双创”人才的成功培养,才能真正打破乡村二元结构壁垒,推动农村科技创新,革新农业“生产力”,促进乡村教育和文化发展,在增加乡村就业岗位的同时,进一步优化农村产业结构,大力推动乡村振兴。Talent revitalization is the key to rural revitalization,and universities are the main battlefield for national talent cultivation.Therefore,studying the issue of"double innovation"talent cultivation in school enterprise cooperation is a significant demand for actively responding to the national implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Under the strong promotion of the national"double innovation"policy,it is necessary for local universities and enterprises to cooperate with rural areas,carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,and cultivate local"double innovation"talents.Based on the background of rural revitalization,we will focus on cultivating comprehensive rural e-commerce"innovation and entrepreneurship"talents,and fully leverage the advantages of local universities in promoting the construction of the national innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system.With the support of the implementation of national policies to revitalize rural areas,only the successful cultivation of"double innovation"talents can truly break through the dual structural barriers in rural areas,promote technological innovation in rural areas,innovate agricultural"productivity",promote rural education and cultural development,while increasing rural employment opportunities,further optimize rural industrial structure,and vigorously promote rural revitalization.
