摘　　要：污水处理厂是肠道致病菌的源和汇,导致污水厂生物气溶胶中包含多种肠道致病菌.为掌握污水处理厂气载肠道微生物对人体的潜在危害,本文对北京市某城市污水处理厂主要工艺单元逸散的肠杆菌进行研究.结果发现,污泥脱水间是肠杆菌主要的逸散和积聚单元.气载肠杆菌中主要是粒径小于3.3μm的可吸入颗粒物,且其分布受到环境条件包括风速和环境温度的影响.在检出的15种肠道致病菌中,占比较大的是大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)和弗氏柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter fumigatus),可能会对污水厂操作工人带来一定的健康风险.本研究将有助于城市污水处理厂气载肠道微生物的认识,并为后续的风险评估和控制削减提供科学依据和参考.Wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)are sources and sinks of enteric pathogens,contributing to the presence of enteric pathogens in bioaerosols released from WWTPs.In order to investigate the potential hazards of airborne enteric microorganisms in WWTPs to human beings,this study examined fugitive Enterobacteriaceae from the main units of a municipal WWTP in Beijing,China.The results showed that the sludge dewatering house was the primary site for the escape and accumulation of Enterobacteriaceae.The airborne Enterobacteriaceae were predominantly respirable particles with particle size less than 3.3μm,and their distributions were affected by wind speed and ambient temperature.Among the 15 detected enteropathogenic bacteria,the species with high proportions were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,and Citrobacter fumigatus,which may pose health hazards to WWTP operators.This study will shed light on the presence of airborne enteric microorganisms in municipal WWTPs,offering scientific basis and reference for subsequent risk assessment and control strategies.
