摘　　要：本研究基于现阶段“大众创业、万众创新”的新时代发展情境,以及近些年来高校教师“过劳死”事件频发状况,以高校教师为研究对象,通过相关文献梳理,结合资源保存理论和自我损耗理论,利用927份全国高校教师的调研数据,深入探讨过劳氛围对高校教师创新行为的影响机理,利用结构方程模型预测过劳氛围和过度劳动对高校教师创新行为的作用,并从人才制度政策、学校环境氛围、高校教师个体、家庭环境支持四个层面提出对策建议。Based on the current development situation of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”in the new era and in recent years the frequent occurrence of“karoshi”of teachers in universities and colleges,this study takes universities and colleges teachers as the research object.By combing relevant literature,combining resource conservation theory and self-depletion theory,and using 927 survey data of universities and colleges teachers in China,this paper deeply discusses the influence mechanism of overwork climate on universities and colleges teachers innovation behavior.The overwork climate and overwork have important predictive effects on the innovative behavior of universities and colleges teachers with structural equation modeling.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects including talent system policy,environmental atmosphere,college teachers,and family environmental support.
