摘 要:数字化背景下,数字技术正在与教育深度融合,档案专业人员的继续教育也受到了数字化转型的挑战。档案专业人员对数字化重视程度不够、网络资源缺乏档案网站建设水平差距大、档案继续教育规模难以满足数字时代的需求等问题,成为当前档案专业人员继续教育的最大挑战。档案专业人员继续教育数字化转型要明确档案专业人员继续教育定位,加强对数字化的反思;丰富网络平台功能;扩大档案继续教育规模,创新继续教育模式。In the context of digitalization,digital technology is deeply integrating with education,and the continuing education of archival professionals is also facing challenges from digital transformation.The lack of emphasis on digitalization by archival professionals,the lack of network resources,and the large gap in the construction level of archival websites as well as the difficulty in meeting the needs of the digital age in the scale of archival continuing education have become the biggest challenges for archival professionals in continuing education.In the digital transformation of continuing education for archival professionals,we should clarify the positioning of continuing education for archival professionals to strengthen reflection on digitalization,enrich the functions of network platform,and expand the scale of archival continuing education to innovate continuing education mode.
