摘  要:传统犹如“无形的掌心”,对现代社会中人们的思想与行为产生重要的影响。传统并非僵化保守、一成不变的信仰与范式,它本身处于发展之中。近代中国的教育现代化探索的教训在于割裂了传统与现代化的关系。中国式现代化和“两个结合”对于新时期重新思考教育传统与中国教育现代化的关系具有重要指导价值。教育现代化与教育传统有着难以分割的关系,教育传统是教育现代化的重要基因和资源,发掘中华优秀教育传统是目前推进中国教育现代化的重要任务。合理地把握中国教育现代化的传统之维,以传统为批判的视角、以传统为发展的根基、以传统为转化的力量,有助于推进中国的教育改革与发展。Like an invisible palm, traditions exert an important influence on people's thoughts and behaviors in modern society. Far from being a rigid, conservative, immutable belief or paradigm, traditions are in the process of development. A lesson that can be drawn from the exploration into latter-day China's educational modernization lies in its severance of the relationship between traditions and modernization. Chinese modernization, and the connection of the basic principles of Marxism with both the specific practice of Chinese education and the excellent traditional Chinese educational culture play a guiding role in the reconsideration of the relationship between educational traditions and China's educational modernization in the new era. There is an inseparable relationship between educational modernization and educational traditions, an important gene and resource of educational modernization. The exploration into excellent Chinese educational traditions is an important task to promote Chinese educational modernization. A reasonable grasp of the traditional dimension of Chinese educational modernization, and the use of traditions as a perspective of criticism, the foundation of development, and a force of transformation help to promote China's educational reform and development.
