摘 要:对以汽油为燃料的椭圆转子发动机换气及燃烧过程进行了研究,明确了缸内流场变化及火焰传播过程,分析了不同当量比混合气下燃烧及污染物生成特性。研究结果表明,椭圆转子发动机进气过程中,燃烧室两侧形成了较大涡团;进气末期时,在球形燃烧室和缸内分别形成两个涡团;燃烧末期,顶点密封位置附近存在未燃区域;排气阶段,气口重叠期内的进气扫气加速了排气过程;随着当量比的增加,缸内压力和温度升高更快,峰值更大,当量比为1.1时,压力、温度均达到最大值;随着当量比的增加,缸内温度升高,造成CO和NO_(x)生成量显著增加;但是当量比过大会造成不完全燃烧,CO生成量显著增高,反而使得缸内压力和温度降低,造成NO_(x)生成量减少。The gas exchange and combustion process of an elliptical rotary engine with gasoline as fuel were studied,the variation of the flow field and flame propagation process in the cylinder were defined,and the combustion and pollutant generation characteristics under different equivalent ratios mixtures were analyzed.The results show that,during the intake process of elliptical rotary engine,large vortices are formed on both sides of the combustion chamber;Two vortices are formed in the spherical combustion chamber and the cylinder at the end of air intake;At the end of combustion,there is an unburned area near the vertex seal;In the exhaust phase,the intake scavenging during the overlap period accelerates the exhaust process;With the increase of the equivalent ratio,the pressure and temperature in the cylinder rise faster,the peak value is larger,when the equivalent ratio is 1.1,the pressure and temperature reach the maximum value;With the increase of equivalent ratio,the temperature in the cylinder rises,resulting in a significant increase in CO and NO_(x)generation;But the equivalent ratio is too large,resulting in incomplete combustion,CO generation significantly increased,but the pressure and temperature in the cylinder are reduced,resulting in the reduction of NO_(x)generation.
