摘  要:随着新时代医学的迅猛发展,国家对医学科学研究的重视程度也越来越高,高等医学院校在培养医学人才的同时,也应坚持贯彻党的教育方针,把立德树人作为高等教育的根本任务,贯彻落实在大学生学习过程中的各个阶段。医学高等院校的分子形态学实验室作为重要的科技平台,同样担负着全方位育人、培养优秀医务科研工作者的重要使命。文章阐述了在教学实践过程中通过宣教诚实守信、科学作风、节约意识、爱护他物、团队意识和劳动精神,多角度多环节充分发挥科技平台的作用,在管理的过程中言传身教地融入育人理念,落实立德树人的任务,培养出德才兼备的高素质医学人才。With the rapid development of medicine in the new era,the state has paid more and more attention to medical science research.While training medical talents,medical colleges and universities should also adhere to the Party's educational policy,take moral cultivation as the fundamental task of higher education,and implement it at all stages of college students'learning.As an important scientific and technological platform,molecular morphology laboratories in medical collages and universities also undertakes the important mission of educating people in an all-round way and cultivating excellent medical researchers.In the process of teaching practice,the paper expounds the role of science and technology platform from multiple angles and links through education honesty and trustworthiness,scientific style,saving consciousness,caring for other things,team consciousness and labor spirit.In the process of management,the concept of education is integrated by words and deeds,and the task of cultivating virtues and talents is implemented to cultivate high-quality medical talents with both morality and talent.
