摘  要:吗啡成瘾是一种慢性、复发性疾病,给个人和社会带来重大的健康、经济和社会问题。阻碍吗啡成瘾后戒断的主要因素是与成瘾药物相关的记忆持续存在。钙/钙调依赖性蛋白激酶II (CaMKII)是突触后致密物中巩固成瘾记忆的主要组成部分。现已证实CaMKII在导致吗啡成瘾的记忆中发挥着重要作用,其参与CaMKII调控吗啡成瘾的分子主要包括NMDAR、NO、Ng、TRPV1。其具体作用机制还不明确,仍需深入探究。Cluster analysis is a very important data analysis and data processing method.It has a wide range of applications in the fields of economics,statistics,medicine,biology and machine learning.Cluster analysis is a very active research branch in the era of big data,which can effectively obtain all kinds of hidden information and classification results for optimizing and making decisions.At present,many clustering algorithms have been devel-oped,which can be divided into partition-based clustering,hierarchical clustering,density-based clustering,graph-based clustering and model-based clustering.This paper mainly introduces K-means clustering algo-rithm and DBSCAN density clustering algorithm in details and compares these two algorithms for example analysis to obtain their respective advantages and disadvantages and specific prospects for future research work.
