摘　　要：雅斯贝尔斯的教育管理思想以生存哲学、自由哲学与交往哲学为理论基础,以培养科研工作者、自由的人、精神贵族和整全的人为目的。其基本内容涉及大学教育管理去霸权化、大学教育管理重学术自由、大学教学科研管理一体化、大学专业管理统一化和大学主体管理交往互动化。研究雅斯贝尔斯的大学教育管理思想具有重要的当代价值:杜绝大学教育管理行政化片面发展趋势,注重教育管理中教学与科研的结合,强调教育管理各专业之间的统一,彰显教育管理中的人文关怀,将对话视作教育管理的必要形式。Jaspers's educational management thought is based on the philosophy of existence,freedom and communication that aims to cultivate scientific researchers,free people,spiritual aristocrats and complete individuals.It involves the de-hegemony of university education management,the emphasis on academic freedom in university education management,the integration of university teaching and research management,the unification of university major management,and the interaction of university subject management.A contemporary study of Jaspers's thought on university education management implies the following values:it is an end to the one-sided administration trend of university education management,a combination of teaching and scientific research in educational management,a focus on the unity of various majors of educational management,a highlight of humanity in contemporary education management,and a consideration of dialogue as a necessary form of contemporary educational management.
