摘  要:教师专业发展是一持续、复杂且多变的过程,就其本质而言,是教师自我生命内涵在实践中的绵延敞开过程。教师专业发展的意义既在于实现教师的专业化,还在于提高教师的生命质量、寻求教师的生命拔节和点燃教师的内在生命。柏格森作为生命哲学的集大成者,其所构建的生命哲学体系,对个体生命的内在性具有极大的关怀和爱;其所倡导的生成式生命观,为个体生命的创造性延续提供了有力支撑;其所宣称的直觉体验方法,为个体重新理解和领会自我生命开掘了有效切口。生命哲学视域下的教师专业发展是指向生命取向的教师专业发展,这既为我们重新理解教师专业发展开辟了新的探察视角,也为我们实现教师专业发展的生命在场提供了有效的行动路径。Teacher professional development is a continuous,complex and dynamic process,fundamentally an unfolding of the teacher's self-life essence in practice.The significance of teacher professional development lies in not only achieving professionalization,but also improving the quality of life,seeking for personal growth,and igniting intrinsic vitality.Bergson,regarded as a master in the philosophy of life,deeply cares about and cherishes the intrinsic nature of individual life through his constructed philosophical system.His advocated concept of creative evolution provides robust support for the creative continuity of individual life.Additionally,his proclaimed method of intuitive experience offers an effective approach for individuals to rediscover and comprehend their self-life exploration.The teacher professional development from the perspective of Bergson's philosophy of life is oriented towards life,offering a new exploration angle to re-understand the teacher professional development and providing an effective action path for realizing the vitality of professional development.
