摘　　要：“样式雷”建造了故宫、圆明园和清陵等众多皇家建筑,“样式雷”工匠精神是雷家世代在传承发展建筑技艺过程中,形成的独有精神品质。在高职土建类专业传承建筑行业内的“样式雷”工匠精神,土建类专业学生较易有认同感,易于接受,有利于提高土建类专业学生的职业技能和职业素养。文章界定了对“样式雷”工匠精神的概念,提炼了“样式雷”工匠精神的内涵特征,在对我国部分高职院校土建类专业传承工匠精神现状调查和分析基础上,提出了在高职土建类专业传承“样式雷”工匠精神的策略。The"Lei's Family"has built many royal buildings such as the Forbidden City,Old Summer Palace and Qing Tombs.The"Lei's Family"spirit of craftsmanship is the unique spiritual quality of the"Lei's Family"in the process of inheriting and developing architectural skills from generation to generation.Civil engineering majors in higher vocational colleges inherit the"Lei's Family"spirit of craftsmanship in the construction industry.Civil engineering students are more likely to have a sense of identity and acceptance,which is conducive to improving the professional skills and professional quality of civil engineering students.The paper defines the concept of"Lei's Family"spirit of craftsmanship,refines the connotation characteristics of"Lei's Family"spirit of craftsmanship,and based on the investigation and analysis of the status quo of inheriting craftsman spirit in civil engineering majors of some higher vocational colleges in China,puts forward the strategy of inheriting"Lei's Family"spirit of craftsmanship in civil engineering majors of higher vocational colleges.
