摘  要:教学传统现代转化是教学传统融入并推动教学发展的必然要求。它是教师意识到头脑中的教学传统,不复古泥古、不简单否定,取其精华、去其糟粕,进而内化其精华部分,不断赋予新的时代内涵和现代表达形式,不断补充、拓展、完善,使教学传统与教学实践相适应的过程。教学传统现代转化的过程具有一定的规律性,主要经历意识与理解、甄选与内化、改造与拓展、生成与外化四个阶段,并且各个阶段之间有机交融、相互推动。The modern transformation of teaching tradition is an inevitable requirement for the integration of teaching tradition and the promotion of teaching development. It is a process in which teachers realize the teaching traditions in their minds, but do not stick to past conventions, do not simply deny them, instead, they take the essence, remove the dross, and then internalize the essence of them, constantly give them new connotations of the times and the modern forms of expression, and constantly supplement, expand and improve them, adapting teaching traditions to teaching practice. The process of modern transformation of teaching tradition has certain regularity, mainly going through four stages of awareness and understanding, selection and internalization, transformation and expansion, generation and externalization, and these stages are organically intertwined and mutually promoted.
