摘  要:针对当前国产RV减速器加工成本高,传动效率低等问题,提出分体式摆线轮结构对原齿廓进行优化以减少加工难度,提升加工效率。分析RV减速器传动原理,提出了分体式摆线轮的设计方法,确定各零部件的参数尺寸,以负载性能,传动精度,传动效率为评价指标,构建多目标评价函数,采用NSGA算法实现面向性能的RV减速器结构参数优化。构建RV减速器三维模型,采用Adams动力学分析对其各项指标进行评定,验证设计方法的有效性。同时,采用有限元分析对设计出RV减速器结构的合理性进行验证分析。With the expansion of the industrial robot market,the demand for low-cost,high-precision,and high-efficiency RV reducers is also increasing.Aiming at the problems of high processing cost and low transmission efficiency of domestic RV reducer,the structure of split cycloidal wheel is proposed to opti-mize the original tooth profile to reduce the difficulty of processing and improve the processing efficiency.The transmission principle of RV reducer is analyzed,the design method of split cycloidal wheel is pro-posed,and the main parts of RV reducer are analyzed to determine the parameter size of each part,taking load performance,transmission accuracy and transmission efficiency as evaluation functions,the optimized design of performance-oriented RV reducer is realized,and the optimization results show that the load per-formance is increased by 96.87%,the reverse transmission accuracy is increased by 26.8%,the forward transmission accuracy is increased by 1.2%,and the transmission efficiency is increased by 2.19%.Based on solid works,the design results of RV reducer are modeled,and the dynamic simulation of the reducer prototype is carried out to verify the rationality of the optimization design of the split RV reducer.
