摘 要:针对永磁同步电机负载转矩波动及惯性负载的变化对控制性能的影响,采用一种非奇异负载滑模观测器实时辨识负载转矩,并将观测的负载转矩按比例转化为补偿电流值对控制系统进行前馈补偿,以降低负载扰动的影响;采用模型参考自适应算法辨识系统的转动惯量,并将观测出的惯量输入到负载转矩观测器中,减少惯性负载扰动的影响。实验结果表明,在不同工况下负载转矩和系统惯量变化时,设计的非奇异负载转矩滑模观测器补偿效果比一阶滑模负载转矩观测器补偿效果好,能够快速恢复到给定速度,系统的抗扰性能有很好改善。To solve the influence of load torque disturbance and the change in moment of inertia of permanent magnet synchronous motor on the control performance,a non-singular sliding mode observer of load torque is used to identify the load torque in real time,and the observed load torque was converted into compensation current in proportion.The observed load torque feed forward is compensated into the torque current,for the control system and reduce the influence of load disturbance.It adopts the model reference adaptive algorithm to,and input the observed moment of inertia into the load torque observer to reduce the influence of inertia load disturbance.The simulation and physical simulation results show that the compensation effect of the designed non-singular load torque sliding mode observer is better than that of the first order sliding mode torque observer when the load torque and system inertia change under different working conditions.The compensation effect can be quickly restored to the given speed,and the anti-disturbance performance of the system is greatly improved.
