摘　　要：优秀的企业文化是企业的根基和灵魂。结合当代企业的发展特点,通过瑞泰马钢公司企业文化的实例,从企业文化发展的各个环节入手,分析企业文化的发展需求,并提出对新时代企业文化建设的对策和思考。Excellent corporate culture is the foundation and soul of a company.This article combines the development characteristics of contemporary enterprises, using the example of Ruitai Ma Steel Company's corporate culture, starting from various aspects of corporate culture development,analyzes the development needs of corporate culture,and proposes countermeasures and thoughts for the construction of corporate culture in the new era.
