新时期我国学校体育助力竞技体育后备人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：研究采用文献资料、实地调研以及专家访谈等方法,对新时期我国学校体育助力竞技体育后备人才培养进行研究。研究认为,我国竞技后备人才培养面临着人才储备不足、退役安置体系滞后以及学训矛盾等发展困境。学校体育能够拓宽人才培养规模,弥补我国竞技项目短板,以及促进学生全面发展。提出对策:提升训练水平,完善学校体育赛事体系;明确学生运动员身份属性,狠抓文化教育工作;推动学生广泛参与体育活动,提升学生体育参与兴趣。Using the methods of literature,field research and expert interviews,this paper studies school sports boostering the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports in China in the new era.According to the study,the training of reserve talents in competitive sports in China is faced with development dilemmas such as the shortage of talent reserves,the lagging retirement resettlement system and the contradiction of learning and training.School sports can broaden the scale of talent training to make up for the shortcomings of competitive events in China and promote the all-round development of students.Countermeasures are as follows:improve the training level and perfect the school sports event system;clarify the athlete identity attributes of students and pay close attention to cultural education;promote students'extensive participation in sports activities to enhance students'interest in sports participation.
