摘 要:目的:评估DRG支付方式改革对医院运营管理的治理效果,为进一步完善医药卫生体制改革提供结果性证据与参考。方法:以2019-2022年某三甲医院运行数据作为研究样本,使用中断时间序列进行实证检验。结果:DRG付费实施后,样本医院的医疗服务能力不断增强,医疗服务效率持续提升,医疗质量安全得到有效保证,医保监管效果显著。结论:DRG支付方式改革作为优化医疗资源配置的杠杆,能有效发挥其治理效能。在此背景下,医院应细化预算底层逻辑,整合绩效核算方法,有针对性地制定运营战略。Objective:To assess the governance effects of DRG payment reform on hospital operation management,providing outcomebased evidence and reference for further perfecting the medical health system reform.Methods:Using operational data from a Grade III Level A hospital from 2019 to 2022 as the research sample,an empirical test was conducted using interrupted time series.Results:After the implementation of DRG payment,the hospital's medical service capabilities have continuously increased,medical service efficiency has consistently improved,and medical quality and safety have been effectively guaranteed,with significant medical insurance regulatory effects.Conclusion:As a lever for optimizing the allocation of medical resources,DRG payment reform can effectively exert its governance efficacy.In this context,hospitals should refine budget logic,integrate performance accounting methods,and develop targeted operational strategies.
