摘  要:教师教书育人能力素质是高质量教师队伍建设的核心因素。全面提升教师教书育人能力素质,是民办高职院校提高人才培养质量和深化职业教育改革的重要支撑。调研发现,不少民办高职院校在提升教师教书育人能力素质时面临思想认识、制度设计和教学体系等多个方面的发展困境。基于此,相关院校应当从推进治理体系和治理能力现代化入手,引导教师主动完善知识结构,系统提升专业技能和综合素养,逐步实现可持续专业发展。The quality of teachers′teaching ability is the core factor of the construction of high-quality teachers.Comprehensively improving teachers′teaching ability and quality is an important support for private vocational colleges to improve the quality of personnel training and deepen the reform of vocational education.It is found that many private higher vocational colleges are facing many development difficulties in ideology,system design and teaching system in the process of improving teachers′teaching ability and quality.Based on this,relevant colleges and universities should start with promoting the modernization of governance system and governance capacity in order to guide teachers to take the initiative to improve knowledge structure,systematically enhance their professional skills and comprehensive literacy,and then achieve sustainable professional development gradually.
