摘　　要：胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有较高的发病率和死亡率,胃癌患者的远期预后仍不理想。宿主的炎症应答和胰岛素抵抗影响胃癌患者营养状况及预后。本文旨在通过回顾相关文献,分析炎症应答和胰岛素抵抗指标水平与胃癌患者营养状态的关系,探讨胰岛素抵抗指标C反应蛋白-血清甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积(C reactive protein-serum triglycerides and glucose index,CRP-TyG)指数在临床评估胃癌患者营养状况的应用价值,以期为胃癌相关营养不良的早期发现和干预提供参考。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,which possessed high morbidity and mortality.The long-term prognosis of patients with gastric cancer is still not ideal.Inflammatory response and insulin resistance of host affect nutritional status and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.This article aims to analyze the relationship between the level of inflammatory response,insulin resistance and nutritional status in patients with gastric cancer by reviewing relevant literature,and to explore the application value of inflammatory insulin resistance indicator C reactive protein-serum triglycerides and glucose index(CRP-TyG)in clinical evaluation of nutritional status with Gastric cancer,so as to provide references for early detection and intervention of gastric cancer-related malnutrition.
