摘 要:班主任是班级建设的实践主体和责任主体,在新时代高校班级管理过程中发挥着不同于辅导员的特色优势。而从专业契合度较高的专任教师中选派班主任这一模式能够进一步发挥班主任自身的专业价值,并在班级学风建设、学生职业生涯规划、思想政治教育、推动第二课堂等方面具有显著优势。依托大理大学的实践案例,针对从专业契合度较高的专任教师中选派班主任这一模式,从成效优势、存在问题及工作提升等方面进行评价分析,旨在为进一步提升新时代高校班主任队伍建设提供思路借鉴。The head teacher is the practice and responsibility subject of class construction in universities.In the process of student management in the new era,the head teacher can play an advantageous role different from counsellors.The mode of selecting head teachers from full-time teachers with high professional fit can give full play to the professional value of head teachers.It has significant advantages in the construction of class learning style,student career planning,ideological and political education,and the promotion of the second classroom.Based on the practice case of Dali University,this paper evaluates and analyzes the mode of selecting head teachers from teachers with high professional fit from the aspects of effectiveness,improvement,problems and prospects.It aims to provide a reference for further improving the construction of head teachers in universities in the new era.
