摘 要:在“双一流”建设目标下,我国高校竞相以一流为导向,将工作重心聚焦到研究生教育上来。工科研究生教育规模大,是研究生教育的重要组成部分。面对复杂的外部环境,部分工科研究生道德规范意识淡薄,学术不端行为时有发生,严重影响了高校研究生培养质量。基于工科研究生群体的成长特点和培养规律,通过强化导师育人作用,丰富教育载体,严格建章立制等途径,为工科研究生学术道德教育改革提供思路,从而提高工科研究生的培养质量,助推高校“双一流”建设和国家科技创新发展。Under the goal of“double first-class”construction,universities of our country are competing to focus their efforts on graduate education with a first-class orientation.Engineering postgraduate education has a large scale and is a crucial component of graduate education.Facing a complex external environment,some engineering postgraduate students lack awareness of moral norms and have engaged in academic misconduct,seriously impacting the quality of graduate education in universities.Based on the growth characteristics and training laws of the group of engineering postgraduate students,this article provides ideas for the reform of academic and moral education for engineering postgraduate students by strengthening the role of mentorship,enriching educational activities,and establishing strict regulations,so as to improve the quality of engineering postgraduate education,contribute to the“double first-class”construction of universities,and promote national scientific and technological innovation development.
