摘  要:《劳动与社会保障法》作为法学专业的核心课程之一,其课程思政目标的实现度对德法兼修法治人才培养意义重大。基于《劳动与社会保障法》课程思政建设的必要性,需要对《劳动与社会保障法》课程思政的教学现状进行检视,秉持因材施教等方法,切实实现《劳动与社会保障法》育人和育才相统一的课程思政目标。As one of the core courses in the field of law,the degree to which the ideological and political edu-cation objectives are achieved in the Labor and Social Security Law curriculum holds significant importance for the cultivation of legal talents with a strong foundation in both German and French law.Based on the necessity of ideo-logical and political education in the Labor and Social Security Law curriculum,it is imperative to examine the cur-rent teaching status and adopt methods such as tailored teaching to effectively achieve the unified objectives of nur-turing both individuals and talents in the context of the Labor and Social Security Law curriculum.
