摘　　要：“华夏银河,潍坊星辰闪烁。国家殿堂,潍坊文献异彩。潍坊是一座闻名全国和世界的历史文化名城。近年来,潍坊市委、市政府认真学习贯彻习近平文化思想精神,坚定文化自信,结合潍坊地域文化鲜明特点,拓思路,找规律,守民心。以文化人,以文励人,以文整合发展力量。潍坊,走出一条用文化引领新时代经济社会高质发展的特色路径。”On the land of China in the Eastern world lies the city of Weifang,which is situated at the south of the Yellow River estuary in the eastern part of China.Starting from Houli Culture,Weifang's regional culture,from the ancient states in the Pre-Qin period,the literary achievements in the Tang and Song Dynasties,to the epigraphic studies in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,has occupied an important position in Chinese civilization since more than 8,000 years ago.At various stages of Chinese historical development,Weifang has made significant contributions in agricultural civilization,industrial civilization,science and technology,and arts,which have boosted the economic and social development of China in different historical periods.Weifang is a historical and cultural city renowned throughout the world as well as China.The four major characteristics of Weifang's history,thought,and culture shine brightly in the history of our great Chinese civilization.
