摘 要:公办城镇小区配套幼儿园是扩大普惠性学前教育资源、凸显我国学前教育公益普惠价值取向的主要渠道,更是我国城镇化进程中重要的民生问题。现有研究主要聚焦于城镇小区配套幼儿园治理的政策、所有权、治理成效与问题等,鲜有涉及其保教运行中的质量持续提升问题。本研究通过对贵州省19位公办城镇小区配套幼儿园园长进行访谈,呈现城镇公办小区配套幼儿园可持续发展所面临的挑战,分析集群式专业力量助推公办城镇小区配套幼儿园可持续发展的路径。Public residential supporting kindergartens are the main channel to expand inclusive preschool education resources,thus highlighting the value orientation of public welfare and inclusive preschool education in China.It is also an important livelihood issue in the process of urbanization in China.The existing studies mainly focused on the policies,ownership,governance effectiveness and problems of the governance of residential supporting kindergartens,but seldom address the issue of sustainable quality improvement.This study presents the challenges to the sustainable development of public residential supporting kindergartens through interviews with 19 kindergarten principals in Guizhou province,and analyzes the possibilities of schools cluster-based professional capacity in promoting the sustainable development of public residential supporting kindergartens.
