摘  要:中国式现代化及高等教育强国建设要求我国“双一流”大学具备可持续发展能力,然而现有对大学可持续发展能力的评价限于强调大学“为可持续发展做出贡献”,淡化了大学“自身的可持续发展”。为回应以可持续发展视角审视高等教育强国和“双一流”建设的战略需求,提供高等教育可持续发展的理论研究框架,解决大学可持续发展能力概念理解偏差导致的实践困境,本文借鉴可持续发展相关理论,采用概念结构分析法对“双一流”大学可持续发展能力展开研究阐释,即其本质是“双一流”大学自身特有的、在履行其职能时体现的综合素质,是在建设周期预期建设目标基本达成的情况下对大学发展现状及发展潜力的度量;其维度包括“双一流”大学可持续发展能力的育人形态、学术形态、服务形态、文化形态和国际形态;其指标包括多样度、开放度、包容度和优势度。Chinese modernization and building a leading country in higher education require China's "double first-class" universities to have the ability of sustainable development.However,the current evaluation of the university's sustainable development ability overemphasizes the university's "contribution to sustainable development" and downplays the university's "own sustainable development".The purpose of this paper is to respond to the strategic needs of examining the construction of building a leading country in higher education and "double first-class" construction from the perspective of sustainable development,provide a theoretical research framework for the sustainable development of higher education,and solve the practical dilemma caused by the misunderstanding of the concept of sustainable development ability of universities.Under the guidance of the relevant theories of sustainable development,this paper interprets the sustainable development ability of "double first-class" universities based on conceptual structure analysis.Its essence is unique to the "double first-class" university itself,and the comprehensive quality reflected in the performance of its functions is the measurement of the university's development status and development potential when the expected construction objectives of the construction cycle are basically achieved.Its dimensions include the educational form,academic form,service form,cultural form,and international form of "double first-class" university's sustainable development ability.Its indicators include diversity,openness,inclusion,and dominance.
