摘 要:学科评估和大学排名在全球高等教育界蔚然成风,其在高等教育界和社会产生了广泛影响。越来越多学者开始关注评估和排名给大学管理和知识生产带来的影响,但是较少有研究对学科应对评估和排名的行为模式进行研究。本研究考察一所地方“双一流”大学对标学科评估推进的内部治理体系改革以及不同学科的应对模式和影响因素。研究发现不同学科的应对模式包括遵从、创新、仪式主义、退却主义和反抗等。学科应对模式与学科的知识属性、学科的资源依赖性、学科排名以及目标实施阶段有关。学科应对行为的异化、学科发展模式的同质化、学科资源分配的马太效应,这些将影响学科健康发展。我国高校基于学科评估推进的治理改革,需要坚持科学的知识生产规律,注重学科文化的多样性,促进学科平衡发展。Discipline assessment and university rankings have become popular in the global higher education community,and they have had a wide-ranging impact on higher education and society.While more and more scholars are paying attention to the influence of assessment and rankings on university management and knowledge production,there is scarce research on the behavioral patterns of disciplines in response to assessment and rankings.This study examines the reform of the internal governance system promoted by benchmarking discipline evaluation in a local "Double World-class" university,as well as the response models and influencing factors of different disciplines.The research found that coping modes in different disciplines include conformity,innovation,ritualism,retreatism and rebellion.The discipline response model is related to the knowledge attributes of the discipline,the resource dependence of the discipline,the ranking of the discipline,and the goal implementation stage.Factors including the alienation of discipline response behaviors,the homogeneity of discipline development models,and the Matthew effect of discipline resource allocation will affect the healthy development of the discipline.The governance reform promoted by Chinese universities based on China discipline evaluation needs to adhere to scientific knowledge production laws,pay attention to the diversity of subject cultures,and promote balanced development of disciplines.
