摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,教育要素正在发生深刻变化,信息时代的教育现代化已经成为全球教育改革的重要内容和发展趋势。而在信息社会,教育现代化是一个复杂而深远的过程,教育的形态和方式都会发生巨大的变化,需要从六个维度来分析和理解教育现代化的内涵和特征。其中,教育观念现代化是教育现代化的基础,也是推动社会发展进步的关键因素;教育制度现代化是教育现代化的必要条件,要从制度上保障以人为本的教育理念,注重教育的公平、普及和可持续发展,推动教育的多样化和个性化;教育内容现代化是教育现代化的核心,直接反映时代需求和社会变迁;教师教学能力现代化是教育现代化的关键,需要提高教师的数字素养、专业功底和教学能力,使他们能够适应信息社会的教育需求;教育物质(技术)现代化是教育现代化的重要支撑,涉及教育过程中所使用的物质手段和技术工具的发展和变革;教育管理现代化是教育现代化的重要保障,需要运用现代管理理念和方法,强调科学化、规范化、精细化和个性化相结合,注重教育的质量和效率,以及推动教育的改革和创新。With the rapid development of information technology,the elements of education are undergoing profound changes,and the modernization of education in the information age has become an important content and development trend of global education reform.In the information society,education modernization is a complex and far-reaching process,the form and mode of education will undergo great changes.It is necessary to analyze and understand the connotation and characteristics of education modernization from six dimensions.Among them,the modernization of educational concept is the foundation of educational modernization and the key factor to promote social development and progress.The modernization of education system is necessary for the modernization of education.We should guarantee the concept of people-oriented education,pay attention to the fairness,popularization and sustainable development of education,and promote the diversification and individuation of education.The modernization of educational content is the core of educational modernization,which directly reflects the needs of the times and the changes of society.The modernization of teachers is the key to the modernization of education.It is necessary to enhance the digital literacy,professional skills and teaching ability of teachers so that they can adapt to the educational needs of the information society.The modernization of educational material(technology)is an important support of educational modernization,which involves the development and change of material means and technical tools used in the process of education.The modernization of educational management is an important guarantee for the modernization of education.It is necessary to apply modern management concepts and methods,emphasize the combination of scientific,standardized,refined and personalized,pay attention to the quality and efficiency of education,and promote the reform and innovation of education.
