摘  要:高校民族传统体育课程作为赓续中华优秀传统文化的重要媒介之一,不仅是民族传统体育文化的活态化传承载体,也是学生感悟中华优秀传统文化魅力的践行主渠道。数字化转型与高质量发展是新发展阶段高校民族传统体育教学模式革新的必然趋势。基于此,文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、案例分析法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,进行客观分析高校民族传统体育教学模式改革的成因溯源,探求实践路径及创新成果,旨在是通过以课题组为导向,从顶层设计、资源整合、内部变革、外部支持等方面给予经验分享,从而更好地促进高校民族传统体育教学模式持续健康发展。As one of the important media to continue the excellent traditional culture of our country,the national traditional sports curriculum in colleges and universities is not only the living inheritance of national traditional sports culture,but also the practice subject for students to understand the charm of traditional culture.Digital transformation and high-quality development are the inevitable trend of the reform of the traditional national sports teaching mode in colleges and universities at the new stage of development.Based on this,this paper uses the methods of literature,interview,case analysis and logical analysis to objectively analyze the cause of formation,practice path and innovation results of the reform of traditional national sports teaching mode in colleges and universities.The main purpose is to share experience from top-level design,resource integration,internal reform,external support,etc,So as to better promote the sustainable and healthy development of the traditional sports teaching mode in colleges and universities.
