摘  要:“佛系教师”是“佛系”这一流行语借用到教育领域的产物,是一种关于新型教师形象的隐喻。文章将关于“佛系教师”的媒体报道和论坛发帖作为文本进行话语分析,同时对学校管理者、家长和教师进行访谈。研究发现,不同于“园丁”等传统隐喻,“佛系教师”所隐喻的教师形象具有分裂性,外部话语以“失范者”为言说内核,教师群体自身则以合规与理性的“循规者”进行解读。作为一种网络时代的亚文化景观,“佛系教师”被建构为一种被主流“好教师观”收编的文化符号,其生成与阐释实际上发挥着调节教育冲突的“安全阀”功能,也呈现出不同社会主体在意义生产和话语实践中的权力博弈关系。审视流行语所传递的价值观念,倾听教师自己的声音,为教师创造良好的舆论环境,应成为网络时代教师生存环境的重要外部支持。“Buddha-like teacher”is the product of“Buddha-like”buzzwords borrowed to the field of education,which is a metaphor about the new image of teacher.This article takes the media reports and forum posts about“Buddhist teacher”as the text for discourse analysis,as well as interviews with school administrators,parents,and teachers.It is found that,different from traditional metaphors such as“gardener”,the image of teacher implied by“Buddhist teacher”is divisive.The external discourse takes“anomie”as a discourse meaning,but the teachers themselves interpret it as a“law-abiding person”who is compliant and rational.As a subcultural landscape in the Internet era,“Buddhist teacher”is constructed as a cultural symbol that is incorporated by the mainstream“good teacher view”.Its generation and interpretation actually play a“safety valve”role in regulating educational conflicts,and also show the power game relationship between different social subjects in meaning production and discourse practice.Examining the values conveyed by buzzwords,listening to teachers'voices,and creating a favorable public opinion environment for teachers,are expected to become the important external support for the survival of teachers in the Internet era.
